Use the site lawfully, and do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.
The text, photographs, logos and design on this site belong to Crego Concrete or are used with permission. Please do not copy or republish them without asking.
Photographs show work we have completed. Materials, finishes and site conditions vary, so a photograph is an illustration of what we do rather than a promise of an identical result on your property.

Estimates and quotes

Estimates are free. Anything on this site, and any figure given over the phone before we have seen the job, is an indication only and does not form a contract.

A binding price comes only from a written estimate for your specific property, after we have looked at the site.
A written estimate is based on the conditions visible at the time. Sub-surface conditions, drainage, access, permitting requirements and changes you request can affect the price, and we will tell you before doing work that changes it.
Timelines are estimates. Concrete work depends on weather, cure times, inspections and material availability, and we will keep you informed if a date moves.

Work, permits and warranty

The scope of any job, the payment schedule, permitting responsibilities and any warranty are set out in the written estimate or contract for that job. Those documents govern the work. Nothing on this website changes them, and where this page and a signed contract disagree, the contract wins.

Concrete is a natural material. Hairline cracking, colour variation between pours, and efflorescence are normal characteristics rather than defects, and are addressed in the written terms for your job.
